Which technologies does this website use?

This G-Santral product website stores your privacy choice and, with your permission, your motion preference in browser local storage (localStorage). These records are not HTTP cookies and are not sent to the server with every page request. The contact form also uses an essential session cookie for security and duplicate submission checks. G-Santral does not create analytics or advertising cookies.

This notice covers the product website. G-Santral’s management and agent applications are not part of this website.

Stored preferences

Contact form and security records

The form’s full name, email address, organisation, team size, scope of interest and needs description are sent to bilgi@gsantral.com.tr to review your request and respond. Messages are transmitted over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection. They remain in the email provider’s mailbox; form content is not also stored in a website database.

The GSANTRALFORM cookie created on the contact page is used for the browser session. It contains a random session identifier, not your name, email address or message. The server-side form validation token is valid for two hours. Duplicate submission checks store a content digest and processing status rather than the request itself.

To limit abuse, the server stores keyed hashes derived from IP addresses and request times. Form access and submission checks cover the last 10 minutes; email delivery limits cover the last hour. Expired entries are removed at the next check. IPv6 addresses may be grouped by network for these limits. These security records are not used for advertising or visitor analytics. The hosting provider may also maintain its own access and error logs.

Product downloads and reviews

İndirme sayaçları sürüm ve paket bazında site üzerinden başlatılan indirmeleri ve Google Drive / GitHub indirme bağlantılarına tıklamaları gösterir. Aynı ağdan aynı pakete 10 dakika içinde yapılan tekrarlar birleştirilir. Bu işlemde ham IP adresi yerine anahtarlı özet kullanılır; süre dolan özetler sonraki indirmede temizlenir. Günlük toplamlar 366 gün, sürüm toplamları ürün yayımlandığı sürece tutulur. Sayaçlar kesin kişi veya tamamlanan kurulum sayısı değildir.

The display name, rating, review, version and date are stored in a private server directory. Ratings and reviews are published together after administrator approval. No email address is requested. Do not include private messages, account details or passwords in your review. You can request a correction or removal by contacting bilgi@gsantral.com.tr.

Reviews use the same GSANTRALFORM session cookie and ALTCHA verification. Repeated submissions with the same request identifier are combined. Keyed IP hashes are used for a 24-hour submission limit and expired hashes are cleared on subsequent submissions. A rating does not verify that you have used the application.

Hiranur and Mehmet Emir digital assistants

Hiranur and Mehmet Emir use G-Santral’s prepared product information and topic options; chat text is not sent to an AI service. Your name, chosen form of address, chat and notification sound preference stay only in the current page’s memory. Minimising chat preserves this information; confirming “Start again” or refreshing the page clears it. Chat history is not saved in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.

An assistant is selected each time a page opens or refreshes and remains the same during an open conversation. To prevent the same assistant appearing more than twice consecutively, the site uses the gs-digital-assistant-v2 sessionStorage record. It contains only the last assistant’s identity, consecutive selection count and two-hour expiry time, not your name, phone number or conversation. It is removed when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, selection remains random but previous choices cannot be remembered.

If you create a demo or quote request, the name and form of address, phone number, optional organisation and preferred contact time, and topic you approve in the summary are sent to bilgi@gsantral.com.tr so the team can respond. The full chat history is not sent. Clearing the chat does not delete a previously sent request from the mailbox. Requests use the same GSANTRALFORM session cookie, two-hour validation token and security controls described above.

The welcome card plays a short message tone. If the browser blocks automatic audio, it waits for your first interaction. To avoid repeating it in the same tab, the gs-assistant-welcome-v1 sessionStorage record stores only a flag showing that the sound played or was dismissed. It contains no personal information and is removed when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, the sound may repeat on each new page. Chat notification sounds start enabled and can be turned off or on using the speaker button. This preference stays in the current page’s memory. If the browser blocks automatic audio, an interaction is required. “Listen to reply” uses an installed voice for the selected site language; chat text is not sent to remote speech services. Voice availability depends on your device. The microphone is not activated and your voice is not recorded.

Bot verification

The contact and review forms and the digital assistant request summary use ALTCHA verification loaded from our own server. Your browser performs a short computation, and the server checks it against your session and request. Verification is valid for five minutes. No external verification provider is contacted and no form data is sent to one. Verification data is kept in the required form session, which lasts two hours.

Visit statistics and third parties

Visit statistics are measured only when you enable the separate permission. Views of known pages and clicks on download/demo links are recorded on our own server. URL queries, form contents, names, email addresses, location and referring URLs are not included. No analytics cookie or persistent browser visitor ID is created.

To estimate daily unique visitors, the IP address and browser User-Agent are hashed using a random key that changes each day. Raw values are not written to the statistics file. Daily hashes and event receipts are deleted on the first measurement or report access the following day; visitors are not linked across days. Aggregated daily page, product and click counts are kept for up to 366 days and expire on the next measurement or report access.

Visits without permission, browsers with the administrator session cookie, recognised bots and DNT/GPC privacy signals are excluded. Choosing “Essential only” or turning off statistics stops future measurement. Previously aggregated counts cannot be linked back to an individual for deletion. Unique counts are estimates; a sum of daily unique counts is not the number of distinct people across the period.

These measurements are not sent to third-party analytics services. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used. Logos and product images load from the site itself. Services used for contact forms, assistant requests and the map are described separately on this page.

Address map

The address map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google servers, sharing your IP address and browser information with that service. Google may apply its own privacy and cookie practices. Information entered in the contact form is not sent to the map.

How can you change your choice?

Open your settings from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of any page. “Essential only” turns off saved motion preferences and visit statistics. “Accept all” allows both experience preferences and visit statistics. You can control them separately. Previously granted experience permission does not count as permission for the new statistics feature.

Closing the preference window or continuing to use the site is not treated as consent. If you delete this site’s browser data, you can choose again on your next visit. If persistent storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.
